I am a development-sector professional with more than 11 years of experience in NGO operations and project implementation, specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), MIS, data management, reporting, administration, and documentation.

My work spans field-level project supervision, performance monitoring, information systems management, data quality verification, and report preparation. I also coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to support project implementation and reliable reporting.

At Social Development Foundation (SDF), I worked on World Bank-funded development projects. I currently serve as MIS & Documentation Officer at PIDIM Foundation, contributing to MIS reporting, documentation, monitoring, and project information management for the SMART Project.

Alongside these responsibilities, I conceptualize and manage AI-assisted digital solutions and software projects to improve organizational processes, project monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.
